Nikita Adhikari

Nikita Adhikari, born and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal, is pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management at Louisiana Tech University. With a background in Business Administration and experience as a Research Analyst, she has developed strong skills in research, analysis, and project management. She also served as a member of Chakraviu Nepal, where she worked on sustainability and social awareness projects such as Jeans to Dreams and Dress Proudly, promoting eco-friendly practices in schools and communities.

Nikita enjoys connecting with people, learning from different cultures, and building inclusive communities. As the Cultural Coordinator for the Graduate Student Council, she is dedicated to celebrating diversity and creating opportunities for graduate students to come together and share experiences. Outside of her academic and leadership roles, she loves dogs, enjoys exploring new experiences, and is always happy to share a cup of tea and good conversation.
