Ashmit Verma

I am a PhD graduate student in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston. Previously, I have worked and collaborated with research institutions, industry partners, and hospitals, experiences that have had a lasting impact on my career and perspective. I am passionate about healthcare innovation and addressing unmet clinical needs through translational research that bridges technology and real-world implementation. I aspire to develop solutions that improve accessibility and transform patient care. I am excited to serve on the Graduate Student Council and look forward to contributing meaningfully to the responsibilities entrusted to me.
